Dave co-founded Serpentine in June, 1996, and is responsible for all technical, business and WWW site development. He has studied English and creative writing at Carnegie Mellon University and California State University in San Jose. He has travelled extensively throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and also does freelance writing. He presently lives in northern California and in his spare time teaches Yoga at the Central YMCA in San Jose and also volunteered as a hike leader for the Mid-Peninsula Open Space District (MPOSD) in the Santa Cruz mountains.
